Heilan Loos has been providing event services since 2004 so we know our stuff when it comes to site planning and servicing. Over the years we have gained a wealth of experience. This knowledge, along with our NSQ trained team, helps us deliver our consistently high levels of service.
Whether you need one toilet or two hundred (or don’t know how many you might need), we can help. Heilan Loos has supplied portable toilets to just about every type of event from an operatic night in a cathedral to a party in field, as well as Rockness, T in the Park, Gentlemen of the Road and Belladrum music festivals.
We usually try to deliver and set up the toilets on the day prior to the event and uplift them within two days. For example, for a Saturday event, we would deliver on the Friday and collect them on the Monday. But we can, of course, be flexible - if your event site has time restrictions or any other special requirements, just let us know and we’ll work round them.
A cleaning service is available to help keep your toilets in the best possible condition.
We supply several big festivals and events such as the Lochcarron and Durness Highland Games, the Banchory Show, Run Balmoral at the Queen’s Scottish residence, the Baker Hughes 10K in Aberdeen, Etape Caledonia in Pitlochry and the Loch Ness Marathon.
Our employees are up-to-date with outdoor health and safety practices and we are experienced in managing large numbers of toilets at busy public events. For the last few years we have supplied over 360 toilets to Belladrum Festival and managed all effluent waste from the site over four busy days.
If you’re staging a one-off event, The Purple Guide is worth a look. This online booklet covers all aspects of event management and has been written by the Events Industry Forum in conjunction with the Health and Safety Executive.
For larger or more complex events we can undertake a site visit at the planning stage.
