We are an owner-operated business based in Grantown-on-Spey, 45 minutes from Inverness. Both company directors play an active part in all aspects of the business, working alongside the rest of the small team to empty and clean septic tanks.

As well as tankers, we have a 4x4 vehicle with a trailer tank, which means we can get to remote and hard-to-reach locations if required.
When you get in touch to request a septic tank empty, we will fit it in the next time we’re in your area. This is usually within 10 days. The cost of servicing a septic tank varies depending on your location and how much waste needs to be removed.
If you can group together with your neighbours the price will be lower as you can all share the mileage element of the cost.
Once you’ve had the standard service, you can sign up for an annual pump out of your system, giving you the lowest price and peace of mind. This maintenance will prevent unexpected blockages and odours, which inevitably occur when you least want them to!
We offer an automated annual service - once you sign up, we’ll empty your septic tank every year until you ask us to stop. Some septic tanks may only need emptied every two years, depending on usage.
We offer an emergency septic tank service for those unexpected moments. Sometimes septic tanks can overflow into your garden, or your toilet stops working due to a septic tank issue. We can usually fulfil emergency requests at short notice, but the cost will be higher - these jobs tend to take longer than a standard service and can't be grouped with other jobs in the area.
